Our Team:
Chip Farmer, SCCH’s owner and general contractor, has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and land development. Chip was born and raised in Charlotte. He graduated from Charlotte Latin School and earned a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. Returning to Charlotte after college, Chip has been in the construction industry ever since.
SCCH employs a team of managers experienced in all aspects of the construction process.
